5. Software Updates

Kinetiq AI Cull may automatically download and install updates. These updates are designed to improve, enhance, and further develop the software and may include bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules, and completely new versions.

Kinetiq AI Cull and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the software. This includes, but is not limited to:
