Payment and Billing Data

All payment processing is performed by an authorized third-party payment processor (the "Payment Processor"), who acts as our Merchant of Record. The Payment Processor collects billing name, billing address, payment method details, and transaction history under their own privacy policy, which is disclosed at checkout. We receive only a transaction confirmation and subscription status from the Payment Processor — never raw card data.

Photo and Image Data

Photos and raw files you process using Kinetiq AI Cull are processed locally on your device by default. In certain processing modes, thumbnail previews or EXIF metadata may be transmitted to our servers for AI model inference. We do not retain your original photos after processing is complete, and we do not use your photos to train our AI models without your explicit, separate opt-in consent.
