When and how you can get a refund for your Kinetiq AI Cull subscription.

Overview

LEAMAR CO., LTD is committed to your satisfaction. This policy describes when and how refunds are issued for subscriptions to Kinetiq AI Cull purchased at kinetiq.asia.

Important: All purchases are processed by an authorized third-party payment processor (the "Payment Processor"), who acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for Kinetiq AI products. The Payment Processor handles all payment transactions, invoicing, tax collection, and refund processing on our behalf. When you contact us regarding a billing issue, we may coordinate the refund through the Payment Processor on your behalf.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions (Kinetiq Pro and Kinetiq Studio). If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of your initial payment, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to:

First-time purchases of a new subscription plan
Annual plan purchases, within 30 days of the billing date

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

Your request is submitted within 30 days of the original transaction date
You have not previously received a refund for the same subscription plan

Refunds are generally not issued for:

Requests submitted more than 30 days after the transaction date
Renewal charges where you failed to cancel before your renewal date
Partial months or unused days remaining after a mid-cycle cancellation
Subscription downgrades (no prorated credits are issued)
The Kinetiq Lite free plan (no charge applies)

Renewal charge exception: If you forget to cancel before an annual renewal, you may request a refund for that renewal charge within 7 days of the renewal date as a one-time courtesy.

How to Request a Refund

Option 1

Contact us directly

Email info@kinetiq.asia with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

Email address used at purchase
Transaction or order ID (from your purchase receipt)
Optional: brief reason for your request

Option 2

Payment Processor self-serve portal

Visit the purchase confirmation email you received at checkout and use the "Manage Subscription" or "Get Support" link to initiate a refund request directly through the payment processor's buyer portal.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

We (or our Payment Processor on our behalf) will process the refund within 3–5 business days
Your bank or card issuer may require an additional 5–10 business days to credit the amount
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase

Subscription Renewals and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next cycle:

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date
Cancel via your account at kinetiq.asia/account or by emailing info@kinetiq.asia
You will receive a cancellation confirmation email

After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Technical Issues

If a verified technical defect in our software prevents you from using the Service and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund outside of the standard 30-day window. Contact info@kinetiq.asia with a detailed description of the issue, steps to reproduce, and any relevant logs or screenshots.

Chargebacks

Please contact us at info@kinetiq.asia before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account pending resolution.
